MEI IMPORTER SDN. BHD. (510072-P),
formerly known as Guan Trading, was established in 1-Aug-1990. Based
in Jalan Kulim of Bukit Mertajam Penang, we started as a retailer of
weighing scales providing sales and services to local industries and
businesses.
In the
year 1995, we began to import various weighing scales directly from
Taiwan and distribute locally. Owing to high market demand, we finally
expanded our capacity by moving to current premise and renamed our
company as Mei Trading in 1-April-1996. This marked the beginning in
our weighing scales import and nationwide distribution business. We
imported different types and brands of scales and accessories from
Taiwan, China, Japan and USA.
In
4-April-2000, we finally formed Mei Importer Sdn. Bhd. Since then our
distribution network has grown further to reach the international
level.
In 1-April-2005, due to
rapid expansion in our local and international sales and networking, we
have moved to our new premise which is a two combined units of 3-story high buildings
located at 2923 & 2924, Pusat Perniagaan Maju, Jalan Megat Harun,
14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
Today,
we are one of the largest weighing scale and weighing components
importer and distributor in Malaysia. Our distribution covers east and
west Malaysia as well as Asian countries.
Besides
distribution, we also design weighing system and weighing scale to
customer's requirement. Other services include retail, servicing,
rental, maintenance and repair of weighing devices. |
